During your boarding reservation, I stay in full communication. I will send videos and pictures along with updates. We assure that your pet will have the same routine he has at home.
Cancellation Policy
In order for a full refund, cancellation must be done 1 week/168 hours prior to the reservations’ start date. If cancellation is done within a week of reservation deposit fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
