Thank you for booking with Loyal Pet Sitters. We make a promise to provide nothing but the best of services for the animals in our care. We are proud to say that the love we have for animals allows us to care for every animal as one of our own. All of our staff members undergo background checks and are certified in CPR/First Aid for pets.  

Meet & Greets 

Meet & Greets are a requirement. Exceptions can be made if accepted by both parties. Meet & greets are set in place to better allow us to understand the needs and expectations of you and your pet. In meet and greets, we will be taking notes of any information that is given. 

 

References 

We are able to provide references upon request. The references are existing clients that are able to guarantee the performance of our pet sitting and any question you might have. 

 

Boarding

In the event that you require boarding services, the following would be required:

• leash/harness

• Pet food(enough for the entirety of the stay)

• Required medication(must advise) 

• Potty pads(if needed)

Items that are recommended but not needed as I have these items in hand:

• Toys

• Blanket/Bed

• Poop bags

• Bowls

• Treats

Medical Needs 

Any medication administration must be advised to ensure the safety of the pet. We are 100% knowledgeable on oral medication and any injections necessary. Any allergies must be advised. CPR/First Aid certified! 

Home Visits/Walks

1. All home visits and stays include walking or letting out your pets, picking up after them, play time, treats if allowed and a lot of hugs and love. Please remember that Loyal Pet Sitters are here for you and your pets. We will also bring in mail, water plants, and  take care of any other basic household needs while you are away or at work. 

2. Due to safety reasons, the home must be vacant during home visits. 

Exotic Animals

Exotic animal care is also available upon request!

 

Requirements 

• Pet must be up-to-date on all vaccinations 

• On effective flea & tick prevention 

• Deworming prevention 

• Crate trained 

• Potty trained 

Puppies

• Must be 4 months or older

• Must have all vaccines, including rabies

• Must be potty trained 

• Must be crate trained 

• Must provide potty pads

Fee Policies:

1. Booking Fee

   1. 50% of the booking fee is required in order to reserve dates and times, remaining 50% is due on the reservations’ start date. 

   2. Payments accepted through Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

2. Late Fee

   1. A $5 late fee charge will be added after every hour of set pick-up/drop-off time. Once it reaches 10pm, the client will need to pick up the following day. This will result in another overnight charge.

3. Last Minute Booking 

   1. Last minute bookings will require a $5 fee per night/visit. 

   2. A 2 week period before the reservation start date is considered a last minute booking.

4. Early Arrival

   1. If the client returns home before the scheduled end date, the client forfeits the entirety of the balance. 

5. Holidays

   1. Due to high demand, holidays will be at an increased price of an extra $15 per night and an extra $10 per visit. .
       

Cancellations:

In order for a full refund, cancellation must be done 1 week/168 hours prior to the reservations’ start date. If cancellation is done within a week of reservation deposit fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
